The Classic Giltwood Overmantel Mirror is a beautifully simple and elegant oval mirror.
It draws inspiration from a George III-era mirror that was auctioned at Sotheby’s “A Celebration of the English Country House” in New York, April 2008, with an estimated value of $18,000 – $25,000.
Hand-carved by skilled artisans at our workshop in Indonesia, the mirror features a rope-and-tassel surround with stylized dolphins supporting candle shelves on either side. It is finished with gilded metal leaf, offering a luxurious and timeless touch.
