• The 30 cm stainless steel back splash plate is provided with one or two cold water taps. (not for the island devices), the cast iron burner has a diameter of 280 mm and develops a power of 13 kW for liquid gas and 15 kW for natural gas.
• It is very easily dismantled (allowing easy cleaning).
• Regulation by gas cocks from pilot burner to full blast.
• Equipped with pilot burner and thermocouple.
• Each burner is equipped with a SS drawer for the recuperation of same.
• For wok cooking, each burner is equipped with stainless steel removable wok ring.
